- Onions, tomatoes, Bell pepper for grilling

- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 1 big sliced
- 5 _6 cloves
- 1 tsp white zeera (cummin)
- 1 bay leaf /tezpatta
- 1/4 cup oil
- 7 _8 black pepper
- Saffron dissolved in milk or if you don't have add yellow colour
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup chicken stock or
- 2 chicken cubes
- to taste Salt according
Steps to make to make Persian Kababs with saffron rice (kebob Tabei)
- Drain all water from grated onions.
- . Mix all I ingredients in qeema and keep covered in fridge for an hour or more
- Add 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan
- Take a big ball of qeema and spread on the pan, press it with hands to spread evenly on the pan base.
- Place this pan on stove at medium to low heat
- Cook for 10 mins you till hardens
- With the help of spatula or knife make long cuts or strips

- Put on dum (lowest heat)
- Sprinkle saffron water on top.

- When steam comes it's ready.
- In a serving platter spread rice and than the kebobs with veggies.
- They can be eaten with naan also, Grease the naan on hot pan over kebobs to give a nice flavour.
