Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Seekh Kabab (2):
- 1/2 kg minced meat (I used chicken minced bcz of my dad’s health issues)
- 1 big Onion
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 3-4 Green chillies
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp Seekh Kabab Masala
- 1/2 bread slice (soaked in 1tbsp milk)
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- To taste Salt
- Oil for grilling
Steps to make to make Seekh Kabab (2)
- Take mince and keep in strainer so all excess water drain. Meanwhile roast cumin and coriander seeds and crushed it, set aside.

- Grind mince with onions, fresh coriander, green chillies, soaked bread slice & ginger garlic paste.
Add rest of the ingredients & mix it well
- Rest for 1/2 hours minimum (chicken meat quickly and easily cooked)
Make kabab.
Grill it or pan fry it with lil oil.
- Serve hot with chutney,salad & Paratha
