  1. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup oats flour
  3. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 pinch salt
  6. 1/2 cup castor sugar
  7. 1/2 cup water
  8. 1 tsp instant coffee
  9. 3 tbsp oil
  10. 2 tsp vinegar
  11. 100 gms dark chocolet
  12. 50 gms fresh cream
  13. Few Cherry & mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions to make to make WheatChocoletCake

  1. Heat a heavy bottom pan put salt &a stand to cover it & preheat.
  2. Sieve the wheat flour, oats flour, cocoa powder, baking soda. Keep it aside. Now take a mixing bowl put 1/2 cup water,1tsp instant coffee, 3tbsp flavorless oil,2 tsp vinegar, sugar,& salt mix it well.
  3. Now add dry ingredients mix it well. Pour on a greased mould.
  4. Put the mould on preheated kadhai 30 to 35 mints cake is ready. Cool it 5 to 7 mints, then grease with milk.& Cover a muslin cloth & rest for 1 hour.
  5. In the meantime melt the chocolate & fresh cream on double boiler process.
  6. Divide the chocolate into two parts. Rest one part. The second part has mix little more fresh cream & freeze it for 1 hour. After 1hour unmould the cake & add chocolate ganache cover with the cake. The 1st one ganache we will again beat a little.
  7. Take a decorating mould fill the chocolate ganache. Sprinkle more cocoa powder over the cake, then decorate on the top of the cake. Garnish with Cherry & mint leaves. serve it.
