- Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit


- In a skillet caramelized the chopped onions. Then add the bell pepper and saute for 1min. Keep stirring during this time.



- Put the ground beef in a bowl, and pressed the ground beef against the bowl covering the bottom of the bowl. Then add bread crumbs, milk, seasonings, caramelized onions, bell pepper, eggs, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. And combine all the ingredients with the ground beef.
