  10. My cake was moist at 30mins so I baked it for another ten mins at 200 degrees Celsius.
  11. Either serve the cake while still warm or wait for it to cool before you start icing it.
  12. For the icing I whipped together the Mascarpone Cheese and a little Amul cream.
    I also added some Davidoff coffee and very little sweetener to it, to give it the perfect coffee taste.
